He shouldn’t retire, he should be the MVP this season IMO, maybe this fake out retirement is a ploy to get writers to vote for him, assuming the writers haven’t already voted I don’t follow the NFL that close.
I don’t know why Aaron Rodgers is such a favorite over him. Brady had a better season imo.
If we stay healthy, I'm not sure how many rock fights we will have. With everyone on the floor, we are pretty darn good.
I was worried about McCormack because of his size and the fact that he's got a ton of experience. Thought he might give Tshiebwe some trouble down low and lead to a foul problem. But Tshiebwe has just looked worlds better than McCormack in every way - including speed and agility.
If Brooks is jumping, Brooks is playing like one of the best players in America!

So is Oscar not at 100% or was Cal avoiding a 2nd foul before half. Cal seemed to go to Ware when Lightfoot came in.

McCormack has lead feet, he absolutely can’t close out on Oscars shot and Oscar out jumps him.
Having Washington in the game draws an extra defender out on the wing which doesn’t clog the lane creating more space for people like Brooks or Oscar to get a basket
Toppin’s 6 points in 5 minutes shouldn’t be overlooked. Damn good considering we didn’t expect him to play.
I think he just saw we were up by a good margin and used it to buy some time for Oscar as to not get his 2nd.
If Ware is giving you those kind of minutes then as a coach you’re stealing time by being able to rest Oscar.

To be fair Tyty was out and half our team broke their ankles.
Probably is the key word, Kansas has barely escaped or lost to anyone good played so far. And this isn't a knock on the cats! We playing great. But we play bama few times coming up, and Kansas got Baylor. Kansas ain't no final 4 team lol.
Have to know the refs will turn on the second half. And we can't shoot much better. Why I said work the ball a lot and try and get easy shots.
