My ONLY negative is that in those videos there wasn't much contact. Our guys were mugged under the basket all year. Can he play thru contact?
Realistically, I would expect his physicality to be more like big Z for that reason.

The NCAA will never clear him in time for him to make any difference. If he picks some place other than UK, he’ll be cleared to play within 48 hours of his announcement.

The NCAA has no teeth anymore. Just tell them if he came to UK and they did not clear him " We are going to sue the heck out of you " and they will cave.
Barnhart won’t do that though. He didn’t even question the penalties they put on our football team. We had to vacate the whole season and we sat Rodriguez out the first 3rd of the season.

He is expected to be between Egor Demin ,Kasparas Jakucionis and Big Z. Those first two are OAD first rounders and he’ll have a bigger immediate impact than Z. Expected to be a first round pick after 2 years .

To be honest, we have to get a top notch PF after losing Caleb Wilson....and I'd much ruther spend on this kid vs Ament (who is a SF more than PF IMO).

not that impressed with Egor (BYU), but Jakucionis ( Illinois) was very good, so if this guy is any where close to him, he would be a great addition
I would just like to “get our foot in the door” with one of these ero guys. If we can get one to come here and have success it will open up a whole new avenue of players. And I believe Popes offense is Taylor made for a lot of euro bigs .

Staff will earn their money this off season trying to put together the right pieces together.
He has a 7’5 wingspan (don’t know why they don’t say “armspan”) and a standing reach of 9’1” .
So far Hannes is the best combination of athletic ability and offense I have seen at the four. Pair him Dix! Bailey and Davidson are also very impressive. Davidson looks like he could be a good offensive 5 for us.

For anyone but us. There are some True blue haters in the NCAA. They would cave to unlimited transfers but hire 22 lawyers to keep this guy off the court. Say it ain’t so
