Kentucky is currently 4th in the entire nation in overall scoring and we'll probably be first in a week.

And look at the 3 ahead of us. Not exactly juggernauts of CB!
Yes, and we play a Western Kentucky team that likes to run. They are giving up 73 points per game while scoring 81 per game. They've already played two common opponents that UK played, beating Lipscomb 66-61 and Jackson State 79-62.

Then we play Georgia State, which averages 81 and gives up 77 per game.

We should be able to get into the high low 90s against Western Kentucky, and probably pass 100 again against Georgia State, a program that gave up 101 points already this year to a pedestrian Mississippi State team.

I also think it's important to note that it's not just UK that is playing cupcakes in November. Presently, there are nine SEC schools that are still undefeated, mostly because they are beating up on weak non-conference opponents.

I don't think it's far-fetched for this UK team to continue to average in the high-80s for the rest of the season. Low-90s might be a stretch, but it's at least plausible given the way UK scores the ball.

That list makes me think Osobor might have made a smart decision. Not only getting paid $2mil but he should be able to put up big enough numbers in that offense to help his draft status.

Kentucky was 2nd in the nation in SCORING last year. And 1st in 3pt shooting.

Sometimes, things like that don’t mean a damn thing.

Here’s hoping this year’s team actually does something with it.

UK actually plays defense this year.

Last year's UK team would have given up 90 to 100 points to this year's Duke team.
