Thing is you need Robinson and Brea in there for offense but they can't guard a lamppost
Because Brea let himself lag behind his guy on the screen unnecessarily. That forced Garrison to pick him up. Garrison can’t be up on him because the little guy would have blown by for a layup. Garrison reacts too slow but that was on Brea’s ass being too lazy to get through the screen.
You left out the Bengals. I am all those too.
I know our defense isn’t good but damn, they have hit a bunch of tough shots. Shots I’d want them to take. They just hit em.
At this level of play, if I have to tell you to raise your hand on defense, it will be followed by your services are no longer needed. These are not little kids who are being introduced to the game.

Took too much energy to get back to 12 down Can’t sustain it especially with some of the BS they’ve been throwing in all game
Not Robinson and Brea. Heck, we can barely get anyone open for a three unless it’s in the transition.
I feel like some of this is just a natural tendency of the team up 27 just easing up a bit. Their level went down and to our credit we were still fighting.
He should have fired after the lifetime contract.
Every player in the world has games where they don't give the effort the could. People just notice it with UK guys because they don't watch every single game that other teams play. Williams has been one of our most important players this season. There's nothing you can say about his effort that you can't say about anyone else on the team, but it still seems like he's singled out more.

Pope has defended others having their arms down as increasing lateral quickness. May be true but sucks on challenging shots and rebounding.

I have been fighting all these bracket shows that want to put us at a 4 seed saying we deserve a 3 seed well I guess I can shut up now. Not sure we are a 4 seed today even with all those quad 1 wins.

I used to play with a guy just like this team. He was a great player. Was D2 AA.
When his shot was going in he was a terror. Played defense, ran the floor, rebounded, made free throws, etc.
