They got Wiggins too and he did nothing for there program. Love Zion but think stuff is going to his head since he's gotten so popular. Where ever he goes, I'm sure he will have a good season next year. And the best to him.
Has the KU fan not learned that Cal gets 95% of the players he absolutely wants. Hes going all out this class and he will get at least 3 or 4 of the top ten. Bank on it.
As far as James and no credible offers..... who knows? Anyone remember a short little stubby guy name Frank Mason?
or zach peters. ku fans were convinced because they landed some terrible player who happened to be friends with randle they would get him.
i'm just glad cal doesnt need to sell out the program in order to tempt elite players to committing to uk. its a desperate and pathetic look.
Well, isn't he courting Shittu in order to get Barrett? Shittu is obviously a known quantity moreso than Zion's teammate, but degrees.

You're clueless! Are you really comparing the recruitment of an unranked player whose best offer was Austin Peay (before KU offered) to the recruitment of the #8 rated player in the country?Well, isn't he courting Shittu in order to get Barrett? You can place "degrees" on just about anything. It doesn't change the fact that your statement was ignorant. Shittu is being recruited because we may miss on Bol and Bagley. If he helps bring in Barrett then that's just another plus. If he doesn't help with Barrett, then we still land an elite player. The same can't be said with KU's offer to Dontarius James. It's not even comparable. Please see "but degrees".

You have no clue what you're talking about. UK will land Zion.Recruiting is dynamic. Last week I thought Reddish was going to Duke, now I think he's a good bet to Kentucky.
Randle and a Peters disliked each other. There was no friendship there. Plus Peters verbally committed to Kansas during his Sophomore year prior to Randle even attending Prestonwood. Sorry to unprove your point.

We will/can lose/potentially lose:
1. Dok
2. Preston
3. Vick
4. Newman
5. Svi
6. Graham
7. Mitchell Robinson
We will likely add:
1. Grimes - 100%
2. Dotson - 100%
3. Zion - 90%
4. Big 1
5. Big 2
That leaves two open scholarships. Why not use it on a D1 quality player, versus have it go to waste and use it on a rec league quality walk-on?
He's clearly trolling at this point. Put him on ignore. Anyone that thinks Zion Williamson is 90% to Kansas is either not worth engaging in conversation or just looking to get a rise out of you.
Well to answer you question, you will probably need those two scholarships to use on a couple of those players you say are leaving, but end up coming back. I really couldn't care less what Kansas does. KU could go spend all their scholarships on 1 and 2 star recruits for all I care. I was replying to your post that said Cal does the same thing as Self by offering scholarships to top recruit's buddies. You're wrong, he doesn't. He doesn't have to use pathetic tactics to land the big recruits here, much less offering a 1 star.We will/can lose/potentially lose:

Not trolling. Maybe I'm overly optimistic, but we've there are a lot of positive factors pushing Zion towards KU. A more reasonable guess would be 55% in favor of KU (less homer).

I wouldn't exactly call that even. It's not like Cal recruited KAT's buddies off that Dominican team who had no business getting offers from UK.Exactly... Except for that time he decided to coach Dominican Republic in international competition to get in tight with KAT. What ties did Cal have to the Dominican Republic again?

He also had a former player on the team in Eloy Vargas. I'm sure KAT being on the team had some to do with him coaching that team, but it wasn't the sole reason why he did.Keep in mind his top assistant (Antigua) at the time was from the Domican Republic.
That had a little bit to do with it as well.
Plus, it was a good audition for the Team USA job.
So, not exactly something Cal did just to get KAT.
Haha! I could see how it does come off like that, but I think most would agree that KAT being on that team had a little to do with him coaching it. However, I believe his main reason for coaching the Dominican team was to show USA basketball that he was interested in coaching the USA national team. The degrees comment above is like the difference between 72F, sunny with a light breeze, and absolute zero.
