This was a really bizarre year.
Meaningless bowl game....for those that think about the NFL. Maybe even the head coach who said all pregame that this meant something then post-game he wanted his QB to get experience....and this is a kid who MIGHT have a shot at backup next year...if he stays.
If the game is meaningless then why play at all when you're gonna roll in SEC money? Why play against Louisville which is a bragging rights only game? Why accept an offer to a "Senior Bowl" when pro scouts have been looking at you all year?
This season left a bad taste in the mouth when all is said and done.
Ready for next year. Hope it pulls together better.
