Steelers is typical of their Little Brothel mentality. I don't know how that board survives with as few people as they have. They say they welcome discussion but are quick to ban you the first time you say something they don't like. They are the "Stepford Wives" of fandom......I have no doubt that Jurich could get every one of them to drink the poison with him if he wanted them to.

He got banned at Devils Illustrated on our free board. Lots of UK fans have been posting there the last few weeks without a problem. Same as the Duke fans that post here. If you don't act like a jackass, you're not going to get banned. It's really that easy at DI and here.

No comment on THR. Completely different set of rules. Hell, they've banned all of our mods, some who haven't even posted over there.

You have to log out of your account completely. Then you can view the nonsense on that board.

I post respectfully when I'm on anyone elses board. I do the same on the UL board. Steeler gave me a week timeout about a month ago, but he let me back on the site. I'm not big on banning people or putting them on ignore unless they are just being stupid and are constantly doing nothing but causing trouble. I'm glad our mods let things go more here. We can usually handle anyone who needs banning without a mod actually having to bother.

I've posted several times this week on your board, never had an issue. I went over to see what you guys were saying after the game on Tuesday and I didn't see any "excuse making," as the OP alluded to.

I actually enjoy your board, your posters know what they are talking about and are reasonable in regards to other teams.

I do believe that you should be on better behavior when visiting rival boards.

When you're on your home board, say whatever you want, but IMO it's not cool to do it as a visitor to other boards.

I like that our mods give quite a bit of slack to visitors, but it's a privilege to post on rival boards, not a right.
