This just may be wishful thinking on my part, but yesterday on Finebaum,
the way Stoops was talking kind of gave me the feeling that CRod may play.
He seemed, to me, to be keeping things close to the vest during that
interview. Don't know.
I think Wright is being undervalued a bit. He’s a hell of an athlete with a good nose for the ball. Very long and rangy, good in pass coverage. He’s perfect for going against a QB like AR15.
Wright, a 6-5 230 super senior that runs and tackles well and has always had a knack for making big plays. Lot of our defenders with a ton of experience on the road over the years. High quality two deep at all positions on the defensive side. Pretty confident that side of the ball will do well.
Good news. This makes me feel a little bit better about the game. I would feel a whole lot better if we had CROD, but that ship has sailed for sure.
