Jordan Griffin - an IMG top performer

CB commit Jordan Griffin was ranked as the 2nd best defensive performer at the IMG 7v7 championship. They loved his size and play making ability. He was ranked ahead of a number of 4*s committed to the likes of Alabama, Michigan St and Notre Dame. UK is definitely getting a good one. Hopefully he will get bumped up to a 4* in the near future.

No doubt in my mind he's a 4*. I'm extremely excited about him and because of that I'm most worried about him making it to Lexington.

knew he was gonna blow up this summer. some of the people that were worried about the lack of offers from our early commits... this is the kind of guys we were after. he had a lot of big programs sniffing around but they dont offer til later in the process unless your top 100 type player.

it is so obvious that "stars" are correlated with the program offering the player. I can guarantee you he would be a 4 star if he was committed to Bama instead of UK.

He is another example of the great evaluation skills of the UK coaching staff and them getting on such players early. Let hope that UK can keep him now that he is blowing up and the big boys are sure to come calling. I believe I read somewhere that he might be a soft commit.

In this third it is readily apparent that this staff has its pulse on talent in ways other staffs do not.
