That kid can FLY!!!! We haven't had this kind of speed at the WR position EVER!!!

Sure hope he sticks with football. Seems he might be training for NCAA and Olympic track titles pretty soon.
He won the 100m at the Nike HS nationals with a 10.21...
Anthony is considered to be the fastest high school sprinter in the country. He won the 100m at the Nike outdoor nationals event with an insane time of 10.21, which is the Mississippi HS record. That same weekend he also set the state record in the 200 with a time of 20.57, although he finished 2nd nationally, in that event. He’s generally thought to be the fastest sprinter in state history.
Now the question is Can he catch a football?
If so he’s a WR. If not he’s a DB
American Christian Coleman currently holds the men's world record in the 60 metres with a time of 6.34 seconds. He is not to far off the World Record and he is a high school kid!!! I can not wait to watch him at Receiver returning punts and kick off's.
Brown has burst and size and Key has length and hands, but Anthony would seem to make sense on jet sweeps.
Sounds like a perfect trio for our future.

Wasn’t he elite fast as a recruit as well…or was he more shifty than fast?
Not sure what Crowdus 40 time is. Just know he is not only fast but like you said shifty and quick. Will be exciting to see him for the first time after being hurt this season.
At the review from the OSU in the link above, he apparently post a 4.4ish time while being slightly injured.
Even if that is slightly exaggerated, that is blazing if he wasn’t 100%
Well it says he has the speed to take the top off the defense and that his speed and skill set would enable him to play on Sundays. Can take a short pass and blow by people so it looks like we have at least three guys like that.
I won’t crown him . . . but I bet Jordan could clean Stoops swimming pool pretty damn quickly!!

Well...while Crumes was the fastest WR recruit with the classes of Cummings, Bryce Oliver, Allen Dailey, etc...he was in no world this kind of fast that you see with Jordan Anthony.
Now can Anthony play football....I don't know. But this is literally the type of speed that trains for future olympics. We've not seen that around here forever.
It is exciting having a guy like this and even more having others similar in Crowdus, White and maybe Drennen and Robinson. That one or two speed merchants we are used to having is now turning into 4 or 5. Making progress in a lot of areas.
Jordan Anthony runs 10.21 in the outdoor Nationals held in Florida.
He was also a punt returner in highschool, so I would think he has decent hands at least.
I'd say the only things slowing people down on him (if anything) were his size, and probably to a greater extent, concern that he'd ultimately focus on track. Neither seems worth worry when you watch him run. None of your recruits come with a guarantee.
