This is the type of guy that you need to look at when it comes to how to turn around programs....I personally know the Kill family and have followed his career. This guy turns programs around and has a big effect on everyone around him. Look at this guy's track record and tell me you don't see success following the programs he touches....
If there was a change to be made at OC or for someone to be added to the staff....I mean stealing Ray Davis from Vandy worked didn't it? We probably couldn't get him as a HC/OC fully because he's not wanting that....but this is someone I'd love to have on our staff.
-Southern Illinois in FCS he ended with 5 straight top 10 finishes
-Northern Illinois he inherited a 2-10 program in the dumps. By his 3rd year they won 10 games and won his conference regular season title. Left the program with the roster that eventually got to a BCS bowl after he left
-Minnesota he had back to back 8-4 regular seasons for a Big Ten program before leaving with a Cancer diagnosis
-Went to K-State for a year on staff...helped them go 9-4
-Coached at Virginia Tech for a year when we played them. Helped Hendon Hooker take a big step when he was coaching.
-Was on staff and helped develop the offense that made the 2022 playoffs....specifically Max Duggan. Took over as interim and beat a top 10 team his first game.
-Goes to NM State....back to back bowls and a trip to the conference title game. Went to Auburn and won on the road.
-Comes to Vandy with his OC from NM State and his QB.....they're having one of their best years in history and just took down Bama.
