Man, this kid looks to be a future stud. First thing I noticed is how skinny his arms are, then he starts playing. The thing that impresses me the most is he appears to have a complete game, he's gone off for 30+ and set the OTE record for assists. When he drives if something isn't immediately there he finds someone....his vision is high level and that's something I don't think is talked about a lot. Always seems like he ends up with a few boards and a couple steals as well, he has the athleticism and length to project as a + defender. When you look at Auburn and wish we had some of those dudes....this IS one of those dudes.
His handle doesn't look super tight but he rarely loses it and he's very crafty about not getting it stripped and not making a lazy pass out of it as we've seen this bunch do alot. Not to mention he is so smooth when he plays, nothing looks difficult or forced, he just takes what's there and makes something happen out of it. I think he brings a lot of things we don't currently have. This is the type of bouncy athlete we've missed sorely this year. I'm not sure what his shooting numbers are but his shot form and release looks great....so if it's not hitting yet they should start to fall soon. You've gotta think he's naturally stronger than kids his age bc of his bloodline. His dad played varsity hs football in 3rd grade I believe. Just a bunch of athletes in that family.
