Jacob Lacey the Notre Dame transfer

Says he is a disruptive player on the run and pass. Good hands and gets off blocks well. Nimble for his size, a player that has good strength and moves well. Was a four star and 15 best DT coming out of high school? If all that is true was he a starter for ND?

I think part time. They were very deep at that position

Would love to see UK get this young man. My understanding is he will have 2 years of eligibility left.
Yea...he looks like a DT all the way.

UK future DL looking to 2023
DE: Ox (Sr) and Rybka (Jr)....maybe Saunders sticks here
NG: Rogers (Sr) and Hayes (Sr)
DT: Walker (So) and Lacey (Jr)

We lose a ton off DL going into 2024..so we'll need Lacey along with Walker to anchor the DLine. That 2nd year of eligibility should be huge for UK.

Very deep at the position with veterans. Was probably going to be his when they left, they (ND) basically begged the kid not to go.
