It will be harder to win the SEC than to get to a Final Four

Unc had a lot of trouble making the final four n 2017. The roofaree had to save them again and again.
3 straight games as a matter of fact.

That was their “redemption tour” to help with the post scandal rebrand. There is a reason Jordan has rarely been seen at games over 20 years…yet that season he was front and center from the preseason to the post season

just enjoy the pub.

i’d be quite surprised if we got 3 ff teams. there’s something to be said for beating the crap out of eachother for 18-20 games. you’re seasoned and tough but the next thing you know the tourney whistle get tight and some floppy haired ninja nobody will be shooting 3’s out of his ass.

i do think we’ll get 2 teams though. i’d say it’s almost safe. we’re going to get three 1-7 seeds in each region, and a grip of 1’s, 2’s and 3’s. that’s ridiculous.

I agree. Assuming were talking about being a relstively decently ranked team in both tournaments.. you're going to START your SEC play with a top50ish team, and a team you probably already played once.

In the NCAAT you're going to open with a conference tournament winner who probably isn't anything great beneath the surface, and then something like a 8 to a 6 seed for game two.. which, unless those are SEC teams, will surely be a step back in competition.. then it's about winning 2 more, and there's always a chance one or even both of those games are against opponents who are inferior. Where as no game in the SEC will see your team really ourmatch an opponent.

Money on the line.. I'd probably rather face any 6-seed and lower team than play South Carolina, the last placed team in the SEC.

It will be harder to win the SEC tournament than it will be to win the NCAA tournament

Facts
And no one cares.

The SEC, save UK, will fold up like a cheap tent once they get away from homer SEC officiating.

The SEC tournament is a UK homecoming and that’s a good thing.

Could this season be an aberration? Of course it could. But it’s still just that if it were to happen. It will revert to norm the next season.

Almost every school in the SEC would rather be in the SEC football conference title game than in the basketball FF.

Wishful thinking on your part. Never gonna go back to the cupcake Fiesta the sec used to be n basketball.

Facts
Honestly think this is true in some ways. Teams are going to be seeded higher in the NCAA tournament than they are in the SEC tournament (A&M may be 5-6 in the SEC but a 2-3 seed, UK may be 6-8 in the SEC but a 3-4 seed, etc)

The top 3 teams in the AP poll play in the SEC. They all won on the road by double digits tonight.

1 vs 2 play on Saturday.

It's conceivable that there are 3 1 seeds from this conference.
