Yeah, lifetime contract. Is stoops going to pull the plug now or will he get a second year?
Gotta think he's coming back or he'd certainly be gone by now.Is stoops going to pull the plug now or will he get a second year?
I would love to know how the OL feels about him.Gotta think he's coming back or he'd certainly be gone by now.
That is how I see it.Gotta think he's coming back or he'd certainly be gone by now.
Given that Coen’s return has been known for weeks, I can’t see a change being made now.Would be very surprised if Coen retains him, but maybe they have history and Liam thinks it'll work?
The o-line is young and will be ok, if we can find a couple of tackles. I said this in another thread, but it takes about 3 years for most offensive or defensive linemen to be college ready. They have to get rid of the bad weight and increase their strength in the right places. Most high school kids will build their upper bodies, but not the lower. Plus they have to strengthen their ligaments and tendons. Looking at our roster, most are freshmen and sophomores, some redshirted. So it should improve a lot next season, as long as we have a couple of tackles and put the linemen in their most productive position.
Coen was instrumental in him being here in the first place . Evidently there’s something about him that Coen likes ?Always thought he'd be gone once a new OC was named,..... because the O-Line underperforming was our biggest issue....

Agreed . But there was no place for him if Coen was coming back.Coen also liked our recently fired OC as well
