I mean so many at once our entire team. Should be top 10 with a shot soon at the top 5. I don’t want to get ahead but we have a lot of really good transfers I can’t recall a team like this top to bottom all transfers.

12 brand new players being turned into a top 5 team has never happened in the history of college basketball, and likely will never happen again.
Mark Pope is a blessing to BBN.
I have to believe there has never been a better transfer team overall. SoS was right, we are definitely watching history unfold, and the beginning of a new era for Kentucky basketball.
I think we all may be saying (possibly even by the end of the year!) that it's the start of a new golden era. Time will tell.

Time will tell. But, so far, I would say yes.
If Williams can hit 65% Ft and not have more than 2 TO’s per game, we are going to be a very tough out. We can’t match some teams man for man, but the sum of the parts is way better than the individuals.

I agree time will tell. We're excited right now and SHOULD be. But there's a lot of season left. And we haven't entered the hell battlefield of the SEC yet.
So, yes, we're having a ton of fun and deserve to have it after the last 4 years or so. Let's focus on one game at a time and see how far we can go!

Still amazes me the job Pope did assembling this roster after taking the job in April and get a team full of players that fit his sytem.
It is amazing, for sure! In the first month (30 days), I don't think he slept more than 2-3 hours at a time. And rhe way he thinks, his brain was probably still running at high speed, even when he was asleep.
They had several key returners that were mixed with transfers and a key OAD
I imagine there haven’t been too many teams with this many transfers since the current transfer rules are still relatively new, so not sure being the best of that group even means that much tbh. But I can’t think of any great teams made up exclusively of transfers
Yes, I think it’s the greatest transfer team in history. I also think it would be epic if they bring home the championship. Could you imagine the haters dying inside? It would be great.

Winning the 7th straight game will be the most important game of all this season.
Why?
Nobody wins the national championship without having at least one seven game win streak at some point.

It's almost a guaranteed concrete stat.
One more and we have passed the first title contender benchmark.
I guess if you can't win seven straight its most likely you can't win six to win the championship either.
The 6 to win the championship is usually the hardest road.
Seven straight is hard for a
lot of teams to ever pull off no matter the schedule. It takes a complete team.

NC State made it to FF with its starting five made up of transfers.
But man cmon when you watch this team you see what I do. Dead eye shooters bigs who can change the game. It’s gonna be interesting to see how many make it in the nba.
Ask that in March. We’ve played 1 good team. Pretty hard to tell. The ranking don’t mean much till at least January or February
well we could have a great year and be an early out still the greatest imo. March will define this team but as far as assembling the best group of transfers ever I think we have that.
