Is this proper or right ?

I have a very good friend who attended the game last night ! He said Buzz was talking trash to our players all night and trying to get in their heads . Now I’m all for coaches trying to win games but this seams to me to be stooping to a new low. My friend also said it went thru his whole coaching staff and our players to their credit shut him up. What do you guys think , is this proper etiquette for a head coach ?
