Also, OP. If you're on a VPN, it can do that. I've had it happen to me before. Switch proxies and try again.

Expect for having multiple people trying to keep track of it will undoubtedly lead to discrepancies. He needs to be the sole guardian, but give one or two others access. I'm guessing he's done that.

iPhone user, it doesn’t work for me when I use Safari but it did when I used Chrome.
