My personal opinion is that execution is more the problem than coaching. With that being said is coach Stoops too easy on the players? Some items, It's taken a while to replace the quarterback and how many times have you seen any coach really really get his attention after miscues'? Mr. Baker and his drops, the rest of the wide receivers blocking or not blocking. Is this coaching staff getting after this team. Most folks have played a sport. Hence most have been redirected to the sideline for poor play. Is this team for lack of a better word ( Missouri protestors ) ? How would they react to an in your face approach. It has been written that the players love the coach. It may be that some of the coaches are not loving the players. How do you get better execution? Practice your butt off. Removing playing time gets a players attention.
Does the coaching staff need to get after the players more?
