Is anybody disappointed in Onyenso?

For how much time he's missed, he has played pretty well when called on.

Feeding him the ball in the Post 3 straight times is on Cal. He should NOT be the primary scoring option EVER!!! And he isn't a good enough passer to give him the ball exclusively in a tight game.

But he is SOOOO Big that he can alter shots. He needs to work on his hands and strength. But by next season, he could be a FORCE.

Not disappointed as I didn’t expect much from him. He has improved a lot from last year, but with that said, he is still not very good. Sees too many minutes for my liking but so does Bradshaw and he came up big in the clutch today. Todays finish gives call all the reasoning he needed to keep playing Bradshaw if he needed any at all which is unlikely. We were introduced to Bradshaw and Ugo on the court same time today, something tells me we see more of that moving forward.

Thought he was solid. I feel like he is really close but his timing on certain plays is just a slight second off.

He’s exactly what I expected him to be. The only way he will take a big jump will be if Bradshaw gets hurt and we don’t want that. He just needs game reps.

The problem I have with Ugo isn't Ugo, it's repeatedly feeding him in the "post" 12 feet from the basket.
Exactly, UGO isn’t a basket getter, he needs to rebound to score or catch lobs and that’s about it. His value is on defense. He is making moves to the basket I didn’t know he had so he’s getting there.

I think he’s going to be very very good—either at uk or at the next level. i hope it’s at uk because i couldn’t care less about the next level.

This is where Z would be of great help. He seems to be a scoring threat unlike ugo.
Sure would like to see him cleared to play

No, I wouldn’t say I’m disappointed with him. I never expected him to be a star, especially on offense, but he can give us a few minutes at a time to spell Bradshaw and Mitchell and maybe get a couple of blocks or rebounds. He’s not hurting us playing that role right now.

He is where I expected him to be at this point missing so much time and playing sparingly as a freshman. Gave the Cats some serviceable minutes and impressed by the basket in the 1st half finishing after the contact and catching the lengthy pass ahead of the defense.

He is doing about exactly what I expected. Decent backup. Still a project. If Big Z was eligible I doubt Ugo would see the floor except in mopup blowout duty.
