Hes already made the Guinness book of world records for taking so much time to heal from that particular injury. He was probably cleared for basketball activity at christmas break

The word is Allen is functionally recovered. I assume that means he's about as close to 100% as he ever will be. That's great because in the Fall 2019 individual pictures (the one where Allen is executing a crossover dribble) his left thigh looks like a twig compared to his right.
