I don’t think this will affect us one way or another. I don’t think we will take any more QB’s from high school next year. If you were a good QB would you want to come to UK to be sacked at least 4-5 times a game and run for your life on numerous other plays?
Signing top rated QBs out of HS isn't a recruiting strength of ours.

Yep...our HS QB recruit output has to be the weakest in FBS.
Our offense is a dumpster fire and we are about to bench our starting QB. Why on earth would he come here when we have no line and a big question mark for receivers next year?
Would have to have the last name of Stoops and there is a 75% chance he still doesn’t come here.
Hate being a negative Nelly but this young man has much better options than coming to UK.
Not developing a HS QB is the weakest part of the Stoops tenure IMO
I’m thinking he has 1 game where he started a quarterback recruited from high school. Drew Barker started 1 game and was injured. Aren’t all the rest transfers ? Towles was from the previous staff . Maybe Sawyer ? I guess you can count Bowden.
If my child was a quarterback I wouldn't let him come to Kentucky due to safety concerns.

Except, with all due respect to Johnson, we never won 10 games with him and never more than 7 games with him. Granted, without him, we don't even win 7.
Downfall? He got us higher than we've ever been in any of our lifetimes. I see your point but let's quit the hyperbole.
My mistake Wilson and Levis . Both rushed for approx 500 yds in their 10 win seasons. Point remains. We need that weapon to succeed under stoops.
Boley and Stone Saunders would work if we had Hal Mumme as OC. We do not.
Do not disagree, especially the last point. That young man was a warrior. He would get beat to death but never gave up.
Coach's miss on their top OL choice's for a few years in a row, that is the biggest reason UK suck's on the O line... Plus we must have any coach's who can teach then how to play... Sucks to be a UKFB fan these days... I hate saying that... But it's true...

I think Stoops is terrified of having a powerful, efficient and possibly even quick-strike passing attack. I've never seen a coach make having even an average passing attack look so impossibly unattainable. I don't think he would have any idea how to manage\reconcile that with his old school, "clock-eating, running and defense wins games" mentality.
