Why do we have so many? It seems like we can’t catch a break in the last few years.

Poythress. Bogans. Bowie. Noel. Cauley Stein. Vanderbilt. Krissa. That is true. Winston Bennett, Rodney Dent, Jeff Brassow, all torn ACLs along with Derrick Anderson
The last few years, the injuries seemed pretty suspect to me. Not this year, I really believe the guys are hurt. Why do we have so many? It seems like we can’t catch a break in the last few years.
This year has been extremely physical, well beyond what should be tolerated best I can remember.
Was talking to a friend about this very thing. Obviously I don’t keep up with all the other teams injury issues but we have to have one of the worst track records.
Seems like it hurts UK more than other schools in the SEC thoughFootball schools playing football rules. It kills the game and injures our players every year.
It's somewhere between 80s NBA and the old Big East conference. This year has been extremely physical, well beyond what should be tolerated best I can remember.
I said the same thing to my dad. If Pope wants to succeed long term in the SEC, got to have a couple of bruisers who don’t mind being physical.Need to get some hyper physical depth pieces next year. Some developmental guys who might be raw but come to war.
I’m all about being able to pass dribble and shoot at all five positions but you have to have a lot of size and girth to survive the SEC. I’m confident that Pope will get it doneI said the same thing to my dad. If Pope wants to succeed long term in the SEC, got to have a couple of bruisers who don’t mind being physical.
I don’t mind it in the 80s, the first player that comes to mind is Bill Laimbeer. It's somewhere between 80s NBA and the old Big East conference.
