This was a nice one early. BYU runs an empty ball-side in their secondary break with a four-player stagger to the opposite side. Keep in mind that the post is always in the middle serving as both a screener and ball handler. #20 Spencer Johnson is the wing opposite, and the first cutter. He comes off a Khalifa screen. When he doesn't have the shot Khalifa re-screens into a pick and roll. Kansas switches the ball-screen, but Khalifa's new man gets caught on the top side. The roll is open because of that and because the lane is wide open due to the five out. Nobody's feet touched inside the three-point line except Khalifa on the roll. Staggers and Zoom are going to be the primary action throughout these clips.
