One of the things I'm going to consider is his history of not only developing players but recruiting and having a winning culture.

Lets look at the history of one coach

-Was a G5 graduate assistant for 2 years
Became an assistant for one season before the head coach left for a power 5 school Record that year 9-3

-Followed head coach to power 5 school and was assistant on the team for 2 years
First season record 1-11
second season record 5-7

-Left for another power 5 team
First year with new team record 0-12
2nd season with team 2-10
3rd season 1-11
4th season 3-9

- After those 4 remarkable years left to become quality control assistant to former coach at a G5 school

-After one season of doing that he left to become an assistant to an assistant in the pro ranks for 3 seasons never directly being the assistant coach. After the assistant coach leaves he was never promoted to the position
