If Ulis was to stay next year would that move Fox to the sg spot..

I imagine Ulis is gone, it's the smart choice. The NBA cautions he has this year and last aren't going away, and next year's guards are going to be better than this years. Now's his best chance.

Monk will be our SG anyway.

PG Fox
SG Monk
SF Gabriel
PF Bam
C Bolden?

C Killeya-Jones

Moving Monk to SF basically takes Gabriel out of the equation as he isn't a PF or C. I'd love to see Ulis return, but I don't think it'd be in his best interest, and it could potentially cause a rift on the team as Fox has been merciliessly hyped by Cal... who knows if he'd balk at sharing his position while everyone else gets to run wild?

I think TU is gone, but if he did come back, he certainly won't be the only one.

It could be Blue/White all over again, especially if Bolden commits.

I'll play. Let's pretend he says. "IF" Tyler comes back, I'd say Fox would get some minutes at point as Tyler needs to stay fresh, and could move over to the 2 to have a second ball handler or to give Monk, or whoever is at the 2, a rest. But Fox won't move to the 2.

Who's going to draft Ulis?

If I had to take a shot in the dark, I would guess one of the teams below:

Who's going to draft Ulis?

NBA teams. Though he may not go terribly high, he could easily go at the end of the first, beginning of the second in this weak draft.

How is Ulis staying going to increase his draft stock, outside of growing 6 inches? We all know he's a great PG, seeing him with great college talent won't do anything to change that. Might as well go get paid while you're playing as well as you possibly can. The only reasons to stay are 1. You want a college degree/experience now and not later 2. you want an NCAA title more than money for some reason.

If he has a memorable March run, the way he's been playing, it should be higher than that.

Visions of Muggsy could be dancing in a GM's head. Kid is a baller.

I actually got him ending up as a late 1st rounder. Im certain this play will continue, even w/ a early exit in March.

Hes going to kill the interviews with his IQ & character. Someone will fall in-love.

If he was a few inches taller, hard to tell where he would wind up at. If I had to guess, I'd also say mid 20's to a very good team, which
is the consolation bonus of not being drafted nearer to the top.

Kid deserves a shot and will get it.

Who's going to draft Ulis?

Well a team who drafted Isiah Thomas currently with the Celtics, Nate Robinson recently, Calvin Murphy, Spudd Webb, Earl Boykins, Muggsy Bogues. If you can play and run a team, the NBA will draft you. Why would a team not draft Tyler ??? Size I assume you are referring to. I must be missing something ? No he will not be 1st round, but he is a lock to have his named called. The kid has too much heart, will to win, oh and skill to play at the next level. He is a coach on the floor, and a proven leader who will not back down. Improve the long range jumper a tad, easy 10 year vet in a back up, or even maybe a lead role on a team without a stud pg.

What are your thoughts on this .

Nope. The General is our point guard next year. He is recruiting for us and one of the best cheerleaders we have out there. Incredibly talented and mature, he is also extremely intelligent. Monk is our SG. Ulis will be somewhere playing professionally.

Of course, Ulis will get drafted. However, he'll go in the 2nd round. 2nd rounders don't get guaranteed contracts. They have to make the team. Not sure he will. JMO.

Ulis is a unique scenario. He's about as much of an NBA prospect that a 5 foot 9 player can be. Coming back next year isn't going to change his physical limitations.
