...Cal may still be the coach at UK. So, thank you, rim! You are the MVP of the 2023-24 season!
Whatever happened to Edwards anyway? Is he in the G league?...Cal may still be the coach at UK. So, thank you, rim! You are the MVP of the 2023-24 season!
He was called back up.Whatever happened to Edwards anyway? Is he in the G league?
Askew did it a few times as well if I remember correctly.Which one?
The rim blocked SEVERAL of Edward’s shots last year as I remember.
This gets filed up there with Briscoe repeatedly stepping on the baseline.
It was his SIGNATURE MOVE!
He’s on the 76’ers bench.Whatever happened to Edwards anyway? Is he in the G league?
He was ENABLED by COW instead of developed.he may turn out to be a player, but @ UK , he was basically a flop
He came in with so much notoriety, but never came close to living up to it
again, it could be the lack of coaching he received too
And Poythress, it's like each of his feet were two feet long.Askew did it a few times as well if I remember correctly.
I wont stand for Briscoe hate. #1 PG forced to play SF at 6'1Which one?

PTSD smdh.

And a damn good rebounder. Id like to have seen Briscoe play PG at UK.I wont stand for Briscoe hate. #1 PG forced to play SF at 6'1
If we are being honest he probably made a poor decision coming to Kentucky. It was down to us and St. Johns if I remember correctlyAnd a damn good rebounder. Id like to have seen Briscoe play PG at UK.
The sadness in the body language of the one UK bench player that stood up for that dunk speaks volumes. That guy was speaking for all of us in that moment.
Never forget
Good for him! He’s another player grossly misused by Cal achieving success on their own and using their abilitiesHe was called back up.
He scored 7 on Sunday.

Or that nasty dunk on Dekkar in the Wisconsin game for an and 1.Poythress underachieved here, but stayed and improved. He was an important cog in our team that made the finals.
I'll never forget his D on Pushcock in the Loserville game. Priceless.
Edwards was predicted to be the #1 pick before the season started.
There’s 11 minutes left and in just that little clip at the bench. It looks like we’re already defeated.Dang I thought that was closer to the end of that game. Still 11 mins left when it happened. I was on a Carnival Cruise that night and when that play happened I told my wife we were 100% losing and almost stopped watching. Missing out on cruise fun to watch that wasn't worth it. Worst 2 hours of the cruise.
Committed before Ulis had ever played a game for UK plus Murray hadn't reclassed yet and wasn't on the radar..If we are being honest he probably made a poor decision coming to Kentucky. It was down to us and St. Johns if I remember correctly
Definitely. Wheeler was incredibly tight, no question, and it showed.I think Wheeler clanking those two free throws against St Peters helped too.
Yep. Bradshaw ready to jump up and get hyped..........and then has to STFD.There’s 11 minutes left and in just that little clip at the bench. It looks like we’re already defeated.
Lol...look at fat Cal jump up and put his face in his hands.
Never forget
I think it’s OK to say that. Not saying he was a flop but like many others, had talent for the NBA but not enough to compete for a big role.
Especially in this NIL era .I think it’s OK to say that.
The dude was once being widely projected as the No. 1 overall pick in the NBA draft and was supposed to be our star. Instead, he ended up being barely playable and went undrafted.
If you can’t call that guy a flop …at least at the college level …then they might as well get rid of the word.
Another example of why I don't get all excited about 5 star Freshmen.he may turn out to be a player, but @ UK , he was basically a flop
He came in with so much notoriety, but never came close to living up to it
again, it could be the lack of coaching he received too
Probably, but you can't deny, that was a easy choice. UK had just come off 4 final fours and a title. And had Wall and Knight in the league. Bledsoe too. Can't fault him for thinking he could've been the next one. He should have went to SJ's for sure. Cal failed that guy.If we are being honest he probably made a poor decision coming to Kentucky. It was down to us and St. Johns if I remember correctly
From College freshman to 2nd year NBA player a lot of maturing both physically abd mentally takes place. It’s too bad that under Cal we never got to see that happen at UK. Now, with NIL and portal, it will again be hard to keep potential stars her for more than 1-2 years. Oh, how I long for the Dan Issel, Mike Pratt kind of teams that grew up right before our eyes.he may turn out to be a player, but @ UK , he was basically a flop
He came in with so much notoriety, but never came close to living up to it
again, it could be the lack of coaching he received too
He put on a show in the Big 3 this passed go aroundProbably, but you can't deny, that was a easy choice. UK had just come off 4 final fours and a title. And had Wall and Knight in the league.
