-has to be disassembled and rebuilt every so often(3-5 years? He told me but I forget) that's at least a million a pop. Was gonna have to buy a new windshield at 250k or so.

-raw flight cost is 2500 or so per hour... and that doesn't include maintenance.

^there is having money and having "plane money". It's wild.

-I would prolly do a net jets/charter share type thing tbh, 25-100k a pop seems like a better option... but I'm thinking like a normal person here.

Lot of the "southern" mountains, like Hudson Valley NY and Pennlysvania ski mountains are in serious trouble if these are the types of winters were just going to get from now on. As soon as it's financially feasible (and as soon as I can convince my life), I'm getting a ski house or a condo up at like Stowe, Sugarbush or Stratton. These mountains could see a big spike if the southern ones start to close off.

Nothing better than a ski house during a blizzard. And many come with a sauna, so that crosses an item off my list .
