I think we make a final four run

We can go deep if we don't get into foul trouble.
Have to stop with the lazy passes and get down there and block out for rebounds. Need to do a better job at freeing up some guys for open threes. How many layups/close shots have we missed this season? More than I can count and Oweh is the biggest offender. Saying all that I still love this team we just have to cut down on the unforced errors. We can win a few no doubt. I thought Sweet 16 would be a good season and nothing has changed my mind even with the injuries.

All the missed chippies are a big problem. We need Carr in the game as he fixed A LOT of problems down there. He needs to be near the basket a lot IMO instead of out there shooting so many threes. That's my only compaint is seeing him outside the arc alot. But I know that helps spacing I guess so it's a double-edged sword.

Crazy it is....we can't even make a final four run in our own conference

I’m not saying I expect this team to make a Final Four.

However, depending on matchups (and a mostly healthy Butler), it’s possible.

I don’t think this team in its current state without Jax Robinson matches up well with the mostly 1 or 2 seeds. However, they may if there are upsets.

Amari needs to just take a chance, and for once spin around and bullhorn his way to the basket and dare someone to try and take him down. The guys aren't doing enough to screen for one another while he's doing handoffs, it's too predictable.

It helps with cutting, but the only two that I really notice trying to make those bounce passes have been Amari and Chandler. Like you said, Carr needs to be down there, but that back of his will take a beating.

Not feeling it. Maybe we make a S16 run, which given the circumstances, everyone should be happy with.

Let's just start with getting Pope his first NCAAT win.

We don't have to play those monsters.
If we get too far we will.
I would say we lucked out getting EwwTee and in the Sweet 16 but it's going to be awful hard to beat a team 3 times in one year.
I would rather have them than the other SEC big 4 but I would have rather not played them if we could have got someone else out of conference

Butler is the key he makes everything better. Next game is not till Friday hopefully rest will do some players good. Oweh was out for extended period and the team battled in the first half. Alabama got red hot from 3 and a few questionable calls and that was it. Alabama cooled off against FL. If UK knocks down a bunch of 3 who knows they beat Duke on a neutral court with Robinson having a very quiet game. Lot of experience hoping for a run and luck for a change.

Let's get by Troy first...this sounds similar how people were discussing our marchup with Texas Tech last year and completely ignoring Oakland. One game at a time.

If nothing else, we have players and a Coach who will be just as disappointed with a tourney loss as will be the fan base.

And that means a lot to me: enough to tune back in after six years of ignoring UK basketball.

At least my Coach and team give a sh!t!!
