I’ve loved what Stoops has done for the program but he has to find new strategy to prepare our guys for important games against elite teams. Actually, he may need to find a better way to prepare himself.
What we’ve seen this year looks like an atrocious lack of preparation and ambition to compete. That can’t happen.
I’m gonna be depressed a day or two and then move on but my feelings will remain the same. Fix this problem. You don’t have to win to WIN. Show up and fight like hell and the fans will give you respect for the effort (against superior teams).
One more thing- if you are at a talent deficit then take some risks. Our toothless & timid defense is painful to the eyes. Again, the strategy must change.
