Garrison may be the lowest IQ player I’ve watched in 35 years of watching UK Basketball. I’m having trouble coming up with others who are consistently this bad. Archie Goodwin was the first one that comes to mind but he didn’t have much help in 2013….I cringe anytime he touches the ball.
My biggest complaint with Mark. Everyone on the planet knows exactly what is going to happen, still happens every game. And we suck.
I guess his computer says that's what is best. For a coach that is so smart you'd think he notice the trend with this...
I agree with this 1 point - pope subs these guys out when they haven’t broke a sweat yet or on the road where weaker players get abused . For that I got called a Pope hater by LmdCat . So weak and wrong
It has burned us all season. For all the analytics and intelligence Pope brings him continuing to do this is asinine.
Imagine if Butler and Williams never came out and they don't go on that run

There are certainly things to be excited about with Pope but there’s also some concerning things such as his sub patterns. Don’t understand how a player can be tired after three or four minutes on the court. These guys should be able to play 30+ minutes a game but we rarely have anyone go over 28, it seems.
Even with that Amari is the LAST player you should be banging on!!! The guy is expected too do EVERYTHING! Pope puts way too much on Amari in the way of decision making. And yes, he makes mistakes when he’s winded…..which is why he shouldn’t be expected to be the point and the center!
He does it every game. No clue why. Killed us vs bama when he did it the second time. Killed us here and in every other game.
