I mean no harm here...

I make a conscious effort to avoid any and all coverage of that circus. You just know ESPN is going to milk that one like a guernsey cow.
Sure they are for obvious reasons. If they win then good for them...but I'm not interested.

but we should be focusing on Kentucky football and the SEC...not some circus clown in Boulder Co... you can take that any way you want but it's straight fact Go Big Blue!
The circus clown had a well coached team that went into the home of a national championship game participant and won with an entirely new roster. Looked pretty good to me.

You mean that team that got blasted by70...by a coach that is the total antithesis of the circus clown? Carry on Macbeth.

Why even make this thread? Why complain about reading about this circus clown and not the circus clown in Clemson, SC?

We can still talk about other games/teams/ coaches even if we don’t play them. Deion is a superstar HOFer, of course he’s going to be talked about. He’s done an incredible job… and I don’t think he’s a flash-in-the-pan guy either because: he surrounds himself with a good staff, he recruits very well-possibly in part due to his appeal to these kids’ parents (as fans of him as a former player). The fact that he’s an old school disciplinarian who teaches hard work & respect to authority & is not shy about expressing his strong belief in God also appeals to parents. He is actually a lot like Dabo only seems more authentic and less nerdy. I just think he’s an interesting dude & I enjoy listening to him speak (probably goes back to growing up listening to country Southern Baptist preachers LOL). I wouldn’t hesitate to send my kid to go play for him. (And I’m a white redneck-not that it should matter but I have a feeling some-not the OP but some media- have an agenda for that reason).

He’s a master marketer & is doing things a bit differently by taking advantage of the rules he’s been given. People don’t like Cal for the same reasons…then imagine if Cal was black & add the racist turds too to just bring more hate.

This is a great speech BTW.

A clown wouldn't beat a really good BCS playoff caliber team...

Prime is on his way to being one of the best coaches and recruiters in the country while resurrecting a program that has been dormant for 30 years. There might be two or three other coaches in the who could do that.

As far as ego...every coach has an ego.

Prime has been Prime since his FSU days...the world has known who he is for 30 years...on the field, in the booth, or carrying a clipboard...he's authentic and consistent.

I don't know what we are talking about here, I've been too focused on Kentucky football.

And that's great if that's all you can handle sports wise. Some of us like talking about other college football teams and stories and pay attention to the national title contenders and the playoff.

Is Colorado running some new system that no one has ever seen or schemed against? If not, then I wouldn't be too quick to pronounce "Prime" the new King of College Football.
Sure, he and his team got a good road win last Sat. But, the cat's out of the bag now. Colorado won't be sneaking up on anyone going forward. I see a lot of people around the sports world (not just here) jumping on the Prime-Colorado bandwagon after 1 game. We'll see if they are still riding at the end of the year.

So your not interested watching Primetime and his son play ranked teams and 3 top 10 teams in the first 4weeks. USC and Colorado will be a sellout and likely the game of the week next weekend. Luv college football and most fans can handle more then 1 team and conference.

Everybody look at Ol' Smoothbrain here. Doesn't know he doesn't have to watch or read about a thing he doesn't like. Doesn't realize how big a pansy it makes him seem to get so bent out of shape about a coach and another school that UK doesn't play.

I like the guy and have been very impressed with the things he is trying to instill into his players that goes beyond football in many ways.

That being said, now that the media is making him into their darling yeah, it's starting to become a bit much.
As an almost natural reaction, I have an aversion to anything the media starts constantly hyping and become wary of it. Sanders isn't a clown, but I agree the media is trying to turn it into a circus.

It's fun to keep track of all of it. Football season is here!

Translation…He’s white. Anyone that can read people even a little bit can see how obvious it is from your posts. Do some more research on Prime & his beliefs. You would probably still like him despite the fact that he’s black. Very old school. Quite conservative.

There’s no way Clemson & Dabo is more interesting than Deion going to a 1-11 program with 80 new transfers. I’ve taken dumps more interesting than Dabo that were less full of crap.

So from your post is it obvious you are black? Stop bringing race into it... makes you look like a joke
