Idiots have been fighting at games long before this year. There is plenty of alcohol consumed before the game so trying to paint the picture that alcohol sold at the stadium was the cause of this is quite laughable.

I don’t drink so I don’t see the appeal (I’d rather get a buzz from smoking some Jay and not deal with the hangover) but people get in fights without alcohol too. What they should do is have alcohol free sections of the stadium so sober folks can enjoy the game without dealing with drunks. Just like places have smoking and non smoking

Evidently you've never been to a UK football game if you haven't seen a drunk or a fight, especially at later games. Also, why bring up a person's name, unless you jealous of their success, because his influence, if any, would be minimal at best. Don't think I 'very ever been to a pro or college game that I didn't see a scuffle/fight or bad verbal conflict either in the stadium, tailgate or parking lot.
