I dont believe this is something that has been decided for a long time. In fact, everything Dave posted about Nebraska being the apparent choice seems to have been accurate. Kentucky has made a feverish push the momentum has now shifted back towards the Wildcats.
There have been twists and turns so there will still be lots of drama right up until Robinson makes his choice, but Vince Marrow has apparently done some great work.
