I can't pinpoint the date, but at some point in the 2012 season, I just knew that we were better than everyone else. I just kept thinking that it would be a real shame if they did not win it all that year.
I feel the same about this team. We are just better. Now, we could still lose a game and not win because of the one and done format of the NCAA. The other thing that could get us is injury/illness. Those are things that all teams have to worry about.
And that's why it is so incredibly frustrating to see them play in a way that leads to an OT with Ole Miss and a double-OT at Texas A&M - even if both did turn out to be wins.
Watch Louisville. Watch Duke. UNC, Arizona, UNCheat, Wisconson....We are the best team in America. It will be a fluke and a shame if we lose a game this year. Not saying it cant happen, but it is unlikely.
This team is the best college team I have seen, and that goes back to the late 70's. I know people say you can't make comparisons between eras, but the amount of talent on this team is ridiculous. The fact that they seem to embrace sharing minutes gives this team a chemistry that defies conventional wisdom.
Nothing is guaranteed, but it would be a shame if this team doesn't win it all.
