-Gives a man a lifetime contract which essentially states we are at that coach's mercy for as long as he chooses.
-Goes and sits down with Cal to have an interview about how important it is to leave the program great and Cal makes him look like a fool a week or so later.
-Getting denied by his own buddy for a gig after making him his #1.
-Let Cal run his own personal program/show with his friends for far too long.
-Being unable to even offer some coaches because their competent ADs make it to where they actually have leverage and make their coaches contractually and financially obligated to be loyal to their program, rather than the program have to be loyal to thir coach.
-Doesn't even target Billy D.
-Hires the most bland and easiest-to-pursuade coach possible on DAY 2 of the official search.
-Hires the guy BBN has been joking about getting stuck with all week.
-Mitch refused to talk to Cal about making changes. Admitted by Mitch himself and the fact Cal was about to go into 24 with the same staff.
-Allowed Cal to essentially take priority over donors. It's clear many hated Cal, including a booster that can single-handedly boost NIL, but Mitch couldn't do much of anything because, again, he made Cal in charge of his own career and tenure length based off of horrible negotiating.
