He looks like someone who received little to no coaching last year and things haven't gotten any better. When will some of you stop acting like coaching isn't the reason why Z has not advanced as he should have. The kid is a typical European player who is being coached by a clueless idiot who has a well-established history of wasting kids' talents.
And which types of teams have we struggled with this year? That's exactly why I don't think Z would have made this team any better.
I see we have another one of Cal's excuse makers. It is never Cal's fault. After the first couple of seasons, it didn't matter who the players were, the outcome was the same. Now that he has moved on to another program, it is obvious that the program doesn't matter either. The common denominator for underperforming players is Cal. The players who did play well for Cal played much better after getting away from him. Z is a very talented 7-footer who would be killing it if he hadn't wasted his first season under Cal.
I do not think it's never Cal's fault, but I do think it's not always Cal's fault. There seem to be very few things you don't jump to blame Cal for. At some point players need to be evaluated on their own merit.
It is always Cal fault and you are one of the few who doesn't seem to be able to get it. I will make it easy for you. Cal sucks and he has no clue how to coach. I find nothing good to say about that lousy person because he isn't worthy of anything good to say.

So Z has absolutely no agency on the basketball court? The fact that a year later he's still a skinny kid who can't play a physical game and gets thrown around like a rag doll is still Cal's fault?
He isn't being coached well AND he is physically weak as cheap toilet paper. Both statements can be true and are true. Same with Ugo, he still sucks with a different coach. Same with Marcus Lee. It's hard to compete when you are that skinny and weak.

Well for starters he had no team and certainly no shooters. He’s also asshole enough to want to take with him the biggest Kentucky fan favorite remaining. It was a no brainer for Cal. It’s like people keep saying, two things can be true at the same time.
