Uk had 0% chance to make the playoffs regardless of today's outcome.
Playoffs have always been a long shot obviously the goal at this point is beat ut. That’s all there is to it. Beat UT. I think this loss hurts us big time for a ny6 bowl. I don’t think anyone was counting on a cfb playoff for this team. Maybe a shot at the east but not the playoff top 4

I’m 40 and I don’t remember us being in this position too many times. I’ve heard stories from the old guys, though. This is part of the process to get to where we want to be. Enjoy it. I know it sucks right now, but we ARE making progress, including today’s loss. These games are good for the program and great for recruiting.

This just isn’t true. I felt a huge gut punch for sure but we were somewhere around a 6 point underdog and covered the spread against an undefeated SEC team on the road. I’m guessing 10-12. We’re still an also ran but we’re getting better every year.

This is not a bad loss by any means. I really didnt think we were worthy of the 7 ranking. I say we only drop to 10 or 11.
