CeCe Jefferson? He was expected to sign with OM or AU Wed, but instead committed to UF and now won't sign his LOI. Feels they tried to trick him by not telling the family the DL coach was leaving for the NFL.

Now to UT, held off naming their new OC until after signing day, mostly because if their ace recruiter didn't get it he was likely leaving. He didn't get it.

That's the other side of recruiting, kids decommitting and flipping commits pre signing day isn't much different than coaches leaving for greener pastures the day after signing day.

Add the Buckeyes.

Ohio State failed to mention until after signing day that their running backs coach is headed to the Chicago Bears. 4* running back Mike Weber, who was still trying to decide between Ohio State and Michigan up until yesterday, is not happy.

I'm sure Urban Meyer just forgot to tell him.

UCLA did it to a kid UGA was recruiting, he decided on UCLA but wanted to wait to make sure before he faxed the LOI. Mora kept pushing for him to send, but news leaked out his lead recruiter and position coach at UCLA was leaving to come coach LB for the Falcons. He hadn't faxed and Mora was furious at the leak. As of now he has opened it back up somewhat and is going to take a few days and decide. He was/is the top guy left on our board. Don't think we get him, most likely Michigan now.

CeCe trolled the crap out of kentucky fans for months on his genuine interest in the Cats

But I would still take the big guy

Cece was one of the most attention hungry recruits Ive ever seen. Maybe the most. And that's really saying something.

Grumpy is exactly right. The schools are just as guilty as these recruits in terms of disloyalty.

He trolled whoever he could stir up to pump up his twitter followers and retweets. The most pathetic drama queen of a class with an astounding number of drama queens. He'll drag this out for several more weeks kind of like Tyrell Pryor did several years ago.

And nobody is going to tell CeCe to get lost because he is a five star.

CeCe has been 99% Gator since birth, but some people can't stand the thought that their 15 minutes of fame are coming to an end.

I'm really surprised there were no last minute shenanighans with George Brown.

This '15 class was/is full of turds.

He probably taught the running back South of Lexington down I-75 a thing or two about trolling fan bases

The way he trolled multiple fanbases says quite a bit about how much he enjoyed the attention. I am not what the rule is about parents must sign with their kid on the LOIs. I know a 17 year has to have parents signature, but CeCe is 19, not sure if parent has to sign for a kid that old. Dad has said he won't sign for UF because he thinks they weren't up front with them, the other rumor floating around is Dad is suppose to bet a nice "bonus" if he signs with a particular school. You can guess which school.

I would guess Auburn, but I base that only on their past, present and future history. They have it down to a science

Maybe jurich should have saved some of that $24,500,000 salary he GAVE BP when no other legitimate University in the country was after him. Even the $500,000 bonus he GAVE him when the typical bonus for meeting the MINIMUM scholastic standards might have done the job.

Of course, I'm sure the way he runs that school finding money for athletics is no problem------and with his hiring hurtt and keeping him after he was exposed there are no scruples involved with him either.

Goofy post. Time to let it go.

These high profile recruits are a product of today's social media, how big college football has become ( large amounts of money, arms races with facilities, etc). Having fans young and old kissing their rear ends telling them how great they are, how bad their school wants them, being invited to several camps televised on television, etc.

Its a big reason why the younger generation is getting worse and worse when it comes to being a bunch of drama filled premadonna's. Yes, athletes have always had egos. Difference is 10-15 years ago it was just their friends, community, and coaches telling them how great they are. Now you have thousands on Twitter, national recruiting services, college coaches, etc in their ear 24/7. That is how the Harris's and Jefferson's of the world have a sense of entitlement and get off on the attention they have received.
