Start a new NCAA organization with bylaws? Members would join voluntarily and agree to abide by the rules of the org. Similar to a country club or civic organization.
Set up a fair compensation agreement that all agree to.

Don’t join if you don’t want. I bet 90% of all ADs and coaches would be willing to start over. It would take some work but could rectify this out of control nonsense.

Would a membership violate the SC decision?
 
Yes, I think they probably could. But, there would most likely be some restrictions about the immediacy of it all occurring. Just about every school currently has contractual agreements in place regarding media deals, licensing, and conference membership. The schools that wished to pull out would either need to wait-out the terms of their current contracts to end, or pay enormous buy-outs to set themselves free—a la the current Florida State/Clemson dilemma with the ACC.
