Cowardly bastard shot himself instead of facing his crimes. But had the gall to go out and shake hands with the 13 year old boys he was sending off to face against and defend himself from 1 million bloodthirsty soviet and polish soldiers.
I am not defending one of the top 5 worst people of all time (if not the worst), but intellectually, can you really call that POS a coward? Lunatic, monster, worst guy ever... yeah, all that, but he was noted for bravery on the front lines of WWI, the Beer Hall Putsch was insanely brazen, and he basically showed zero fear in trying to take over the world. I always thought his suicide was one last F you to the world by not letting us get our revenge on him. Pisses me off we never got him in front of a trial.

Yes, I can. He shot himself instead of facing his crimes. He had no problem sending young boys in Berlin off to face off against combat experienced and pissed off Russian and Poles. He also had no problem killing millions of women, men, and children for simply being something he himself didn't approve of. But when it came time to pay for those crimes, he took the easy way out. I don't care how many citations he recieved for bravery in WW1.

Hitler's entire set of actions and words are why I cringe whenever anybody in today's world gets compared to him. Putin - who is pretty bad in my opinion, in no way, shape or form compares to Hitler.
Sure, anyone can use raw numbers, but other variables should be considered.
Like the ratio of total killed over total available to be killed. Such as polpot killed x, but his country only had y population.
Another factor would be how many goons did dear leader have at his disposal to carry out his plan. Maybe a goon/gen pop ratio.
Then a deep dive into methods/efficiencies.

- Read into writings by Ferdinand Tönnies and Max Weber (1864-1920) if you need more background behind how this entire massive catastrophe (rise of Hitler) happened. German society is huge on identification, association and especially community. Let me put it this way: Club systems in Germany are numerous. Verein and Verband predate WW2. At any rate, so many clubs formed over the years, Germans founded yet another that is against forming new clubs.

Interesting to say the least, mainly because I found myself wondering how different it is from what you could hear at Harvard, or Columbia, or any “top” university this morning.
I think it’s a little dangerous. Making those kinds of speeches so easily accessible is bound to influence some people the wrong way.

Hard to say. Hitler's direct actions may range from 20 million on the low end to 55 million. These numbers have been debated for decades.

I had never listened to more than a few seconds of a Hitler speech. No need to since I don't speak a word of German and we all know that he was crazy. But, having listened to that, I will say that I am impressed by his oratory skills and ability to shout a speech without pausing or taking a breath.
It's a little know fact.
My main takeaway was that, he needed a better speech writer, or if he didn't have one, he SHOULD have...
