Has the heat shifted from Yenser to Woodward at least for right now ?

Eh idk. I mean the WRs in the past have played pretty well the last couple years. You can run every drill in the world with guys but if the confidence isn’t there on game day the drops will continue. They just need one good game and string some big plays together and it will come around.
I’m not sure if we simplified some stuff for the Florida game, but our OLine was so on point with our pulling run game. I was shocked. It looked like ballet.
I heard they all ate Aunt Jemima pancakes before the game.

One game doesn't absolve Yenser from scrutiny. That said, it took Schlarman some time to get our OLine to be what it was. As long as Coen and Stoops are happy with the line's progress, Yenser is here to stay.
Coen trusts Woodward, so while fans (myself included) are disgruntled about our sophomore duo, I think it's just the sophomore slump.

Hope our Soph receivers play well today. They have proven they can.
Has the heat on Yenser decreased? Of course it has, after our OL's excellent performance against FL. But Yenser still has not shown that he can recruit at this level, so that remains an important issue.
Has the heat increased on Woodward? The first question is how strongly Coach Coen believes in Woodward. They go back a while. So far in 2024, the performance of UK's WRs isn't cutting it. That isn't news. And I will submit Woodward still hasn't proven he can hold up his end as a recruiter.
But the fact remains, UK is 5-0 with a great opportunity tonight and, aside from the OT position, UK's 2024 recruiting class is looking very good right now. So I seriously doubt Coach Stoops is thinking about who to fire right now.

While I understand the confusion, I think you are mistaken…
BEFORE the game, they ate their Wheaties (man that comment really dates those of us who understand it)…it wasn’t until DURING the game they started eating up the pancakes 😉
