My guess would be YES, but I am not sure I can name anyone off the top of my head.
But there are several candidates this year- most likely options being Elijah Martin from UF (FAU in '23), Caleb Love (UNC '22), Butler (SDSU '23), Mason Gillis (Purdue '24), etc.

IIRC, Bob Bender of Duke (78) was a sub on that team and the 76 Indiana team. May have been others since.

Bender was a freshman on the undefeated 76 IU squad and played 1 minute in the championship game.
