Yeah, that's pretty much what that sounds like to me too. Hope I'm wrong and we get very surprised but that didn't sound like a real excited endorsement for a visit on BBM.

The tweet means nothing. It's like a form letter -- a nice gesture his mom probably told him to make.

He was never going to come -- or NOT come to Kentucky based on BB Madness. It's a complex algorithm for these top kids who can go anywhere. Forget the tweet.

More than likely she made it for him to all those schools.

I believe Calipari still has a shot to sign Giles, but I am not concerned about his decision 1 way or the other. Counting Wynyard, we already have 3 players 6-9 or taller in our class. If we get just 1 out of Giles, Adebayo, Bolden, Allen to join our class, it becomes 1 of the best collections of freshman bigs I can remember at Kentucky in a while. I believe Fox and Monk are coming, which would be potentially the best class in the country with or without Giles. Again.

If they don't choose us then I sure don't wish any of them well. If they go to a school other than UNC then I promise I wish they fail and fail miserably. I am not sorry at all about it. I do not pull for other schools and I don't pull for the players that go to other schools. I actually hope that UNC gets to play and destroy the teams that include those type of players. Sorry, but I hope Ingram, Smith, Jr., and Giles suck and don't even make it in the NBA. They made the wrong choice. Sucks for them.

This one from @gunslingerdick ... what an idiot ... I mentioned a couple weeks ago that I saw some things from him that I didn't like in a couple of his videos. I don't know Giles so I won't call him a jerk/brat/whatever else. But I know after having seen his undesirable behavior in those videos, it makes not getting him a little better.

Right. Like them or hate them Duke guys are doing better than UNC in the NBA. While they're both clearly inferior to UK in that regard, Duke is definitely shaking off that reputation of having guys that do nothing once they go to the league.

It just feels like a lip service tweet.

If he were truly intereseted, you'd sense more excitement in the tweet.

It's one thing if it were considered wide open, and he tweeted this. If we were hoping to sway/steal him away--it doesn't feel like BBM made a Big blue impact
