Hardy commits to Mizzou

Well I see Stoops is getting it done as usual..... Hope he can get that kid from Nebraska but he's going to have to beat some big boys for him!

After the dust settles UK will have a legit roster. The problem is so will all the rest of SEC. Vandy got their QB back. Auburn landed 2 QB’s. Florida, South Carolina, Texas and Tenn all have young QB’s.

The SEC will be absolutely brutal next year because of all the quality QB’s.

Big loss. Hardy is the best RB in the portal. Dowdell is average at best not the same caliber.

Either he or Davis will be back in the portal in a year. Eli stresses and pays big money for offense. It’s gotten him wins but I noticed this year the pollsters barely paid them any attention in terms of movement in the polls. They stayed around 20th all season.

I watched every NE game this year and Dowdell is average at best, granted our O-line sucked but he's slow and can't shed tackles. Good 3rd down and goal line back.

Recruiting is no more. Its nil. Noone really loses to anyone. Its whether or not you'll spend the money. They have more than us, so they can spend more. Just how it is.

As I said in another thread, this staff looks to be spending on los. Thats a good thing. With a good ol, running the ball takes care of itself.
Don’t understand this really. Why does Missouri of all places have more than us? Does it have something to do with the state law they passed in regards to NIL? Can’t remember the specifics of it. But otherwise what does that university have in terms of support and money that UK doesn’t have? Who’s fueling all of this big time NIL money they seem to have? It’s not like they have some vaunted football history the likes of the top dogs in the SEC. I’ve always figured them to be about our equal. Even when they made the SEC championship game early in their SEC tenure, they sort of backed ito it thanks to teams like UGA and UT being down.

Will be interesting to see how Cooks replacement fares. Cook was the poster boy for what I would love to see someone like Saunders be, except I think Cook has been playing for 9 years, at least it seemed that way.
