So he's saying there's 40 guys in the NBA who could be added to a 16 seed roster and then win a National Championship?? That's a big ole false. I don't think there's a single guy who could do that.

That is what he said. I thought maybe Giannis or Wemby. Would have to be just a physical freak who could overpower a defense and really gum up the opponent's O. But it would still be a long shot.

Now if they said add an NBA player and a G-League level guy too, then maybe.

Quick question for the golfers here.

If you could create any type of golfing venue/idea (think Top Golf) what would you want to see in the mainstream?

Have a potential business opportunity and know next to nothing about golf.

12 hole course with fun and walkability being valued over making it the hardest course in the area (light rough, large and undulating greens, playing from different widths and angles, etc). Throw in a putting course. No 5 hour rounds and less maintenance costs on upkeep and equipment.

With that said, it’d be much easier to do with a sand based course.

Don’t know how I missed this but KY is one king Andy signature away from lowering age for kids to get drivers permit down to 15. Made it thru legislature (republican majority) so guess if it passes you can blame both sides. Not sure I agree with lowering age.“The youth of Kentucky deserve, want and expect this,” said House Majority Floor Leader Steven Rudy, R-Paducah, who is the bill's main sponsor. I’m sure a lot of youth want and think they deserve to have a beer at age 14 too. We have a bill ready to lower that age too? Car crashes are the leading cause of death for 15 to 20-year-olds, according to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.

That one caught me off guard because it was passed nearly unanimously. I thought kids weren't even getting their license anymore because they're all connected through their phones.

I always thought it would be cool to have a mini course - maybe indoor, maybe just 9 holes - with exact replicas of the most iconic greens in the world. You could play Tiger's chip shot at 16 at Augusta, Cam Smith's putt around the bunker at 17 at St. Andrews, or Payne Stewart's putt on 18 at Pinehurst.

I think if you put 40 NBA players on a team, they wouldn't be a 16 seed. That team would be stacked. All kidding aside, I think ONE NBA guy would not be enough. Still have to have guys who can defend and make shots other than him. One guy no matter how elite he is can make up for the other 4 players on BOTH ends of the floor. Say it is Giannis, OK, he can't guard the 3 point line and defend the post. Teams on defense could sag in the middle and TRY to limit his post scoring and make him pass to the scrubs. A team like Bama would run Giannis ragged for 40 minutes, keep 2 seven footers around him. He is not exactly known as a scorer outside 15 feet.

Driving age in a lot of rural states is 14. The only reason I heard, and this was 40 years ago, was that farm families needed it that way to run the farm. Why Kentucky is just now jumping into it is bizarre

Good luck having the shirtless dirties come play there and expect to make a profit.

My kids have kept me up to date on this driving age BS.

Even if Andy signs, and he should as it’s on his desk, I’d assume it comes with a lengthy permit period as we had 6 months previously.

Back in my day, if you weren’t a complete idiot you had a license within 30 days of being 16 anyway so whatever, except for my kids of course.

- For those of you confused about why a law would be passed that doesn’t make that much sense near universally with little pushback, here’s why: somehow, without any of us really knowing all the details, a politician or several politicians will be making a lot of money because of it passing. You’re welcome.

-the field of 68 just provides fantastic content, and I’m pumped to see what Pope is made of in the tournament. We’ve performed well in high pressure games (other than Arkansas) all year. LFG

-in Chicago this weekend tagging along with my wife on a business trip. Leaving Thursday afternoon. Didn’t realize it was opening weekend but pretty pumped. She’ll be in meetings all day while I’m going to the casino by the hotel and living it up.

-Got Florida winning. Auburn has been great all year except the last two weeks. Bama beating Duke.

The whole "we're gonna sue the NCAA" is stupid, political theater for WV. Now, I would be far more on board if WV announces pursuing sort of racketeering charges (I know that's mostly federal) or some conspiracy to commit fraud, or something against Bubba Cunningham. Cause him enough trouble to be a nuisance and a pain in the ass.

My 20 year-old daughter is in no hurry to get her license and my 17-year old son isn't far behind her. They both have permits but they don't really care. I don't understand it. The whole "getting a license thing" has been a nightmare too. You can't plan ahead and say "I'd like to plan on June 10th for a driver road test". There is no availability, period, anywhere, and you can't select a date at any point in the future because there are no dates!! It's completely f-ked.

My son, who I've taken to practice driving four times in the past 6 months since he got his permit, when I asked him to practice in Mom's car a couple of weeks ago said he couldn't because he "didn't know how to drive her car", when I asked him specifically he told me "he didn't know where the brake and the gas pedal were on her car". 😒 No words.

It sounds like your son is an idiot who probably doesn’t deserve the privileges of driving.
