Anyone own a Gravely zero turn mower? Looking to upgrade my 30 year old mower to a zero turn and thinking about a Gravely ZT HD 48 with the Kawasaki engine.
@Creed Bratton I've been in the Outdoor Power and Agriculture business for decades and can help steer you to what will fit your needs. Not sure where you are located, but a strong servicing dealer is is just as important as the brand mower you buy.

You can send me a message on the Twitter at @UKHuber and I can walk ask you some questions and try to help.

In short the unit you are looking at is a homeowner /prosumer sized machine and there are a ton of manufactures out there with similar designs, with identical engines and transmissions, so holler at me and Ill get you hooked up with what I think will work and suggest some dealers in your area to go see.

It’s always nice to know what you’re talking about.

If we beat Mizzou Saturday, we’d get the 7 seed in the SEC Tournament. Not bad for having a full roster only 7 games this season, in the toughest conference in the country, by far. Great coaching job by Pope in his first year, especially since he started without a single player on his roster.

Been a long time since I’ve gotten to enjoy a full regular season. Now we can play teams that haven’t played the gauntlet that’s the SEC this year!!

Have gotten in a few days of fishing 🎣 in the last couple of weeks. Nice to just enjoy nature and forget about everything else. Only 2-3 weeks until morel and spring fishing season. Sure going to miss the wife and kids.

Very curious to see what pope does with the 5 position next year. Would have to imagine he wants that position to be able to knock down 3’s, unlike Williams this year.

Can garrison fill that starter’s role? Diff skill set than Williams but brings a lot to the table, especially if he can get his emotions in check.

Sorry but I don't do Twitter or any other social media besides this if you want to call it social media. I have approximately 1/2 acre that has a slight hill in the back hard next to my house. I have debated whether to do a zero turn or just a lawn tractor. I currently have a 30 year old lawn tractor that belonged to my father and I got it when he passed that has served me well. It still runs but is getting to the point that it's costing me more in maintenance than it's worth not to mention finding the parts for a 30 year old Yard Man is nearly impossible. I am in my mid 50's and if I can find one that will last anywhere near as long as this one it should be the last mower I will ever need.

Might I suggest a real nice 15grand ZTR with all of the unnecessary gadgets? That should outlast you by years, or maybe not 🤷‍♂️

For a half acre, you could knock it out in about five minutes with this setup.

I know iron sharpens iron and all but teams need breathers, especially teams with injuries. It’s a grind. You look at the ACC and what we’ve dealt with twice a week. There’s no time to catch your breath. We needed last night.
Honestly, as a fan this conference season has been stressful as hell. 18 games with 2 gimmes - at most - is a bitch.

Most overrated conference in history and this will come to fruition in the dance. "Beating each other up" does not equal "greatness"....it means parity. You have 2-3 very good teams, and then the drop to the next tier of 5-7 "average to good" crop. Inflated rankings and seeds to come.

Damn brah, 3 days and you can't let it go. I clearly stated I did not know his needs, but was mainly suggesting a Scag (there are more than ONE size and price point) speaking from a position of knowledge because I have one. Also, I do have a larger yard, not to mention my son has about 12 yards he does as a side gig on weekends. It gets pretty substantial use, so something that can finish the job fast, is dependable, and built to last is important. For smaller lawns, you can get a Liberty Z 36" Zero turn mower for less than $6K.

You truly are ignorant. I am really starting to believe this is not an act. What about the record against OTHER conferences ? The SEC has owned others in head to head. I guess having 6 teams on the top 3 seed lines means "parity". No dumbass, it means a stacked conference that despite beating each other up, they still will have the most teams in and by far the most top seeded teams of anyone.

Let me help you understand it a little better.
2 #1 seeds (Auburn / Florida)
2 #2 seeds (UT / Bama)
2 #3 seeds ( UK / Texas A&M)
2 #5 seeds (Ole Miss / Missouri)
1 # 6 seed. (Miss State)

Yes, 9 teams in the top 24 seeds, half of the seeds in the top 12 is parity. You clearly do not know what PARITY means.

I'll defer to every talking head (most of whom are former players and coaches) in the college sports sphere calling this the best conference this season and many using the qualifier "and possibly best ever" over a guy who uses appeals to authority to try to argue about the speed of a basketball game.

By the way, your argument (as per usual) is full blown special Jack. You know what other conference has parity? The ACC. Parity doesn't mean bad, it means comparable. The SEC may very well shit the bed in the tournament (which also isn't an indicator of greatness you goof) , but if you watched games in leagues this year outside of the ACC and your conclusion was that the SEC is overrated, it sounds like you don't know ball.

Now kindly tuck your tail and run off to your echo chamber in the political thread forever please.

PREDS is the TM presale password that is currently going on for the UK-Gonzaga game on Dec. 5th at Bridgestone....FYI.

The ACC has 4 non-conference wins over the current top 25.

The bottom 4 seeds of the SEC tournament have 4 non-conference wins over the top current 25 despite 1/3 of the Top 25 being taken up by the SEC.

and here we are with an entire page dedicated to him. you guys know how to stop the situation but you are itching for the potential dopamine hits you get from the likes on that reply like a crack head.

and all it took was a 1/10 troll attempt calling the SEC overrated. the conference you cuss twice a week and promise to stop defending.
