-Pat Adams is horrible. I yelled some not nice things at him. I guess his terrible-ness wasn’t just because he hated Cal, he apparently just loves himself. And is terrible.

-Luke was the snackwards cam star of the night with his pizza and the camera man coming back to him in real time for his reaction seeing himself on the big screen. College girls recognized him on the street after the game. It was great.

-Eff Louisville.

I want Levis to do well, but gosh damn did he just have a terrible three series in a row just now in the Bengals game. Fumble, terrible pick (and got pushed in the back on the way out of bounds), pick. Not sure we're gonna see him much longer in the NFL.

If you watch Burrow (especially when Levis is on the other side), it's just amazing how accurate he is. Almost every pass seems to be just on the money.

Took a client out for a drink this week. He said he wanted an Old Fashioned and asked me what I recommended for what I assumed would be Bourbon. I said Four Roses or Eagle Rare - they didn't have a lot of options. He thought for a second and said, "Macallan 18 and put in an extra shot." Bartender looked kind of puzzled and said, "sir, that's going for $68 a single pour, but the 12-year is $18". He thought about if for a second and I swear he asked for 18-year Macallan in an Old Fashioned. When it arrived he asked if the extra shot was in it. Bartender said no, so he said pour me that and he just dumped it in when he was half done with it. $136 Old Fashioned... smh.

Butler looks like Chris Paul. Especially when he goes for 34. Love that dude.

If the Titans finish bad enough to be Top 5 I think they will trade Levis and move on.

Kid has talent but has to have the right coach like Darnold did in Minnesota.

- Next time anyone ask for an OF rec, ALWAYS suggest Rye Whiskey.

Levis is not a starting NFL QB.

Edit Jordan Battle is one dumb sonovabitch.

Neither was Geno Smith with the Jets, Darnold with the Jets or Carolina, Baker in Cleveland, Daniel Jones in NY………etc etc.

He has talent, but he needs a coach that can see what he see’s(or doesn’t see) and call the game to help him.

Vrabels offense last year was awful, and this year might be worse and yes Levis plays a role in that right now.

This OL is not helping either.

Your client knows exactly what he was doing. That dude hates you.

The price is absolutely the LEAST offensive thing in this story.

Doing that to Mac 18 is unforgivable. My word...

Wayne's story is why I stopped taking my old open bottle of PVW to my FFB draft or a friend's birthday party.

1. This is NOT to be mixed with Dr, Pepper. Or ANYTHING else but maybe ice.

2. Don't you dare turn that bottle up on your lips. That dude's wife had to take him home on the spot.

-Rupp was electric. Helluva crowd. First actual nerves of the season for me. Honeymoon is over... because Pope has overachieved.

-Butler, what a damn performance. I'd say he's pretty important to this team. Just need to have a solid plan for when he's in foul trouble.

-Williams can't have those types of games in the SEC. He's too old to be that immature at times. He goes from one of the best players in the country to unplayable in the blink of an eye.

-00 is just a dude.

-How cool was watching that last minute, hell last 4-5 minutes, with a scary 4-10pt lead? We never stopped. Never took the air out. Just kept punching until the last possession. Oweh's 3 was with 20 seconds one the shot clock. Lol.

-Field of 68 gushing over us again.

-Now, ass of the dog take. I'm VERY worried about us making it through the SEC gauntlet. We can play with anyone but we've gotta get a few guys to step up.
*Brea needs to score.
*Williams needs to stop taking extended mental lapse breaks.
*Butler avoid foul trouble.
* Perry has to give us 8-10 non-spaz minutes. Settle down, Youngblood.
*Everyone needs to rebound and hit the deck for loose balls.
*Play D. Our defense has me very concerned. We're not going out there and outscoring Auburn, UT, UF, Bama, etc. We're gonna have to play some defense.

-Kelsey looks like a D2 women's soccer coach. That little f*cking leprechaun didn't stop yapping the whole game. He's like a chihuahua.

-Kiddo finished the Cross Country season at the USA Track and Field National Junior Olympic Championship with a 69th(NIIIIICE) place finish in the 9-10yo division. 21st against other 9yos. Heck of a season for him. On to Big Time Prep League Basketball!!

-Absolutely no down time this month. IT's just GOOOOOOGOOOOOGOOOOOOOO!!.

Spot on re: Kelsey

I kept thinking that he looks like "that" guy at the bar, the little dude with a loud mouth, that is definitely going to try and scrap before last call. Chip on the shoulder small guy, that thinks you looked at him "the wrong way".

This is the best point. Far cry and breath of fresh air from "we're gonna try to talent-whip you for 30 minutes, with no real strategy, then pack it in and play Vintage UNC-esque chickenshit keep-away, in hopes the clock runs out before they catch us.

Just attack, always. We may lose a few that way (even though Coach Pope is smart enough to adjust at the right time). But on balance, that needs to be the identity of this program. The way Rupp built it and Pope learned it from Pitino.

Yes, OO is my guy. Always comes up big in the clutch. Clanged that FT late, then immediately recovers with a Pick-6 dunk, a cold-blooded 3 from the corner, then a driving And-1 to seal it.

Mentioned before, I met his agent at the Duke game, now we are texting buddies. OO is a BMF.

Starting stall ball with 5+ minutes to go is insane. Obviously, cost us at least 1 title. Sure if you have a 20 pt, lead., but <10? That's 3 possessions. What it mostly does is tighten everyone up and rely on shitty shots. I love passing up good opportunities for a rushed buzz beater to burn 8-9 seconds.

Cooked my ass off for XMAS eve family this weekend. Bolo Lasagna, Bacala (cod), Porchetta, Linguini Alici, Jambalaya mains… various other items… 7 fishes, then pizza dolce cheesecake. Had enough time to enjoy the last 5-6 minutes of game with a full tummy and healthy buzz.

32 satisfied customers. Got them all hammered on various newly popped bourbons… a few nice surprises. The new Little Book Infinite is excellent, HighWire 7yr Wheated, and KLuke single barrel were top notch.

Showed off some mixology skills as well. Paper Planes, Aperol Spritz, Harrigan(espresso martini riff), Negronis, Rye Manhattans (down home rye🤗) featured and flew out…

Family is growing. Nieces and nephews are all having kids and this party is getting humongous (and expensive 🥺). Although, I love doing it.

I’m having a random couples party in a couple weeks. Architecture friends, Cousins, High school friends … all very similar people who I want to see interacting with one another…. May prove for interesting convo, rather than the same college boy shit quoting Christmas Vacation and Lebowski.

Off work for the rest of the year. Yet, sitting on my comp doing my normal shit keeping the flow moving.

Cats and Keens on Saturday.

Barion Brown to LSU… the next Jamar Chase? N please.

I think we can just have the officials tell the PA guy and maybe the tV guys what their replay ruling is, unless we want to put these idiots in public speaking classes. They do themselves no favors when we find out what they sound like.

My daughter somehow flung her arm up in church yesterday and the corner of the church program she was holding caught me square cross the eye. If you've ever been in a position where you are holding a 2 year old, and your eye ball gets sliced open, in the middle of a sermon- then you understand how difficult that is to be unable to swear at a very loud level. Not a pain that I would want to wish on anyone else.

Enjoying the ride while knowing the schedule for the next 9 weeks or so is going to give us some heartburn. Banking those early wins was YUGE.

Anyone selling their NYE bball tickets, i'll buy them- trying not to get into the weeds on stub hub fees- F that.

That was my biggest complaint about Pat Adams, @RibsAndWhiteBread. Whatever explanation he gave after that scuffle on the U of L bench was not needed.

Ick to your eyeball. Did you consult super lurker? Maybe she can help with an eye drop rec. Or it sounds like you might just have to remove the eyeball.

Rax getting chirped on Twitter by a bunch of people who measure their fandom by how much they stand during a basketball game has been entertaining.
