Started taking Oasis liquid multivitamins plus minerals about 2 months ago. 86% absorption in 5 minutes and has way over the daily recommended amounts of each vitamin.

Took the princess and some of the grandkids out Sunday afternoon to SkyZone. Not sure who had more fun but the six of them were a handful. Got them all sugared up before taking them home and passing the baton. One day their mothers will figure it out and kill me.

*Pumped for UKBB today. What an exciting and refreshing time for BB. I think they are going to shock a lot of people this year. A lot of good pieces with a coach that knows how to use them.
Thankfully, UKFB isn't playing to ruin the vibe.
*Pretty sad the coach of a supposed top tier program has to run around campus and beg students to show up for a big game.

For a team that was thrown together pretty quickly, they seem to have a lot of chemistry. We’ll see how it holds up over the season, but they feel like a very cohesive group.
