Smoking hot Asian nurse walks in, pulls my junk through a little hole cut in a sheet. Delicately slathered freezing cold iodine allover everything. She wasn't impressed. Left me there for 15 minutes while 50-60 people are running in and out of the room. Doc comes in and injects pain block shit into my sack. Comes back a few minutes later. Tries to make small talk while slicing my sack open. Roots around, which you can completely feel, snip, snip, although the 2nd one took him a while to find, which sucked, burns the ends which you can smell, stiches, out 30 minutes later.

Cold pack, jock strap, and plenty of passive aggressive comments the rest of the weekend.

05 made his first varsity start last night. Super high level playoff game in CA Division 1. We were the top ranked public school in NorCal playing one of the Catholic powers.

I’m so proud of him as he worked his way into a starting position after never playing football before. On the season, including JV, he hit 59-64 XP and had 28 touchbacks on KO. Kid has an amazing future and I couldn’t be prouder.

With that said, this is the way we lost. As a UK fan…well, you know.
